Charlie & Mary,

On behalf of my family, I want you to know we are grateful for the work you do-and do so well. From the first phone call the evening Mom passed, getting all the details taken care of, the questions and concerns I had- all were addressed with professionalism, kindness and compassion. It was most appreciated. Many thanks to all.

Thank you for being so thoughtful. Your visit and our conversation was really helpful. It's nice to know someone cares without negative judgement. Wondering what everyone around me is thinking or saying, is one of the worst parts of all of this, so having people I can trust means the  world. I am very lucky to have such great people in my life.

                                                                      Thanks again,

                                                                                Tracy

Dear Mary,

Our whole family wishes to extend our sincere appreciation to you and your husband for helping fulfill our Mom's last wishes. The fact that she is now at peace together with our Dad, brings us extreme comfort. Everything you did to help ease the burden of completing final arrangements for both our Mom and Dad will be forever appreciated. You were a complete joy to deal with, and your attention to detail gave us the reassurance the everything would be handled exactly as our family hoped it would be. Thanks for helping us in easing the pain, stress and confusion at a time when the family is already "tapped out" from their loss. We are absolutely positive you have found your true calling. God bless.

                                                                                                                        Love, Rob & Ruth

Charlie & Mary,

I want to thank you for taking care of my family - thank you for making my Dad look like he did before he was sick. It meant the world to me to see him looking good one last time.

                                                                                Debby
