Alice Louise Brindise

Alice Louise Brindise, 89, of Granville New York, passed away peacefully on [Date of Death] following a short illness.

Born on December 3, 1935, to Harry and Lila West, Alice was a beloved member of the community and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. For many years, she and her partner Alex Prehoda were the proud owners of the Trackside Tavern, where she welcomed patrons with a warm smile and a friendly word.

Alice had a passion for knitting, creating countless treasured items for family and friends over the years. She enjoyed the quiet satisfaction of crafting something beautiful with her own hands.

Alice is survived by her sons, Phillip Wade and Mark Brindise. She was a cherished grandmother to Danial Wade, Jessica Ward, Joanna Brindise, and Doreen Brindise. She is also survived by her siblings, Elisabeth (Betty) Bernhardt, Margerie Tarasovich, Janice Jones, and Walter West.

Alice was predeceased by her siblings Jean Carroll, Winnie Stahlmann, Warren West, William West, and Patricia West.

A memorial service to celebrate Alice's life will be held in June of 2026. Further details will be announced closer to the date.
