Jeffrey S. Loveland Sr., age 62, passed away at Rutland Hospital on January 16, 2026.

Born on September 2, 1963 in Granville, NY, the beloved son of the late George R. and E. Esther (Farrar) Loveland.

The most precious thing to Jeffrey was his family. He enjoyed hunting with his son Cordell, riding four wheelers, gatherings at the lake and family homes.He also enjoyed online games.

Jeff grew up with a loving passion for farming which he did for many years.

He leaves behind his best friend and mother to four of his children, Renee LaFrancis.Their children: Cordell (Juliette), Logan (Courtney)Vanessa (Werner) and Lucianna. Also his daughter Hope Loveland and son Jeffrey Loveland Jr. He was blessed with 18 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Jeff was survived by his siblings:Donna Griffin (Chick) of Coventry, Vermont, Keith (Nettie) Loveland of Springfield, VT, Joseph Loveland of Middle Granville and Russell Loveland of Burlington, ME. In addition to many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his daughter Jessica Bullock, his parents George and Esther (Farrar) Loveland, a sister LeeAnn Brooks, a brother Everett G. Loveland and a step-father Stanley Farrar.

At Jeff's request there will be no visitation. A spring burial will take place at Elmwood Cemetery.
