Margaret P. Beebe Granville, NY – Margaret P. "Pert" Beebe, age 84, passed away at Slate Valley Center (formerly The Orchard) on Saturday June 30, 2018. Pert was born on January 21, 1934 in Granville, NY the daughter of the late John and Marion (Ware) Williams. Pert married Maynard "Bud" Beebe on December 5, 1981. Together they owned and operated Beebe's Thirst Parlor for many years. For the past year, Pert had been living at Holbrooks Adult Home where she enjoyed keeping Deb Pauquette on her toes. She loved playing games with her grandchildren and friends. She truly treasured time she spent with her family. Pert was predeceased by her parents, her husband Bud, siblings: Joyce Ferrioli, Betty Kelly, Mona Helinski and William D. Williams and her children: Christine Dockum, Carla Williams , and her son-in-law Joseph Roberts. Left to cherish her memory are her two daughters:: Cindy Roberts and Joyce Devino. She was blessed with nine grandchildren: Joseph Roberts (Dawn), Scott Dockum (Heidi), Jim Shaw (Leeann), Caenwyn Williams, Victoria Morris (Fred), Jeff Stoddard (Katie), Brittany Taylor (Larry), Krissy Thomson (Jeff), Taylor Devino (Dawson), in addition to many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Pert also leaves behind a special friend that she met at Holbrook's, Sam Stark along with many acquaintances she met there. The family wishes to extend a thank you to Holbrook's and their staff for the love and care they gave her and to the Slate Valley Center Rehab unit for all the love and care they gave as well.
