Philip R. Rockwell Hartford, NY – Philip R. Rockwell age 84, passed away at the Slate Valley Center on Sunday, December 2, 2018. He was born on July 30, 1934 the son of the late Reginald and Marion (Taylor) Rockwell. Philip was a carpenter and also enjoyed making picnic tables. He was predeceased on January 10, 2015 by his beloved wife Joan (Ballard) Rockwell. He was also predeceased by two brothers: Emil and William Rockwell. He is survived by his children: Dixie Lape (Ed) of Glens Falls, Marion Rockwell of Hudson Falls, George Rockwell of Glens Falls, Robert Rockwell of Hartford, Florence Perras (Joe) of Hartford, Mary Clabourne (Charles) of Mississippi and an adopted daughter Bonnie Seaman of Glens Falls. He was blessed with many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother Raymond of Florida and a sister Patricia Robinson of Queensbury.
