Bianca H. Brown Danby, VT – Bianca Hattie Brown, age 81, passed away at Rutland Regional Medical Center on Tuesday, April 2, 2019. Bianca was born on May 11, 1937 in Weston, Vermont the daughter of the late Einar and Ruth (Carleton) Fabricius. Bianca will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who always put the needs of others before herself. She loved to read and do crosswords. She also enjoyed crocheting. She loved traveling with her husband Corey. Many happy memories were made at their camp in Lyndonville. Bianca was a wonderful baker. One of her favorites was fruitcake for the holidays. As the story often goes…no one likes fruitcake, however. Except her daughter-in-law Judi who always loved them. She particularly enjoyed Halloween and made popcorn balls as treats to keep the tricks at away. She was a member of the PTO and Schoolboard in the Danby school system. She was an active and involved Mom throughout raising her children. She was predeceased by her parents, a brother Howard and her husband Corey Brown. She is survived by her eight children: Brenda Fizur, John (Bambi), Sharon Herrmann (Bill), Gail Seaver (John), Norman (Judi), Perry (Beverly), Roger (Bev), Velma. She was blessed with 13 grandchildren: Pamela Fizur, Christopher (Sara) Fizur, Tyler Brown, Matthew Seaver, Rachel Seaver, Corey Brown, Jenna Brown, Mitchell Brown, Corrine Brown, Laura (Mike) Krawczyk, Sara Brown, Roger Brown, Jr., Patrick (Eileen) Hastings, Rachel (Shadow) Santelli, Rebecca Hastings, Troy Weeden and 6 great grandchildren: Emily Vieira, Isabella Vieira, Keith Ivy III, Calvin Fizur, Roger Brown III, Neviah Gibbs, Lukas Hastings, and Zoey Santelli. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, April 7, 2019 at 11 AM at the Robert M King Funeral Home, 23 Church Street, Granville, NY. Burial will follow at the Mettowee Cemetery in Pawlet, VT. Following the burial, a Celebration of Life will be held in the basement of the Pawlet Community Church.
