On February 5, 2021 Lauretta Petriello Glatz lost her battle with cancer. Born in New Rochelle NY, Lauretta raised her two children in the Bronx NY and died in Glens Falls, NY. She is survived by her daughter Louise Anne Aliberti, her step-granddaughters Sadie and Stephanie Sassone; Brother and sister-in-law John and Colleen Petriello and her nephew, John Francis; and numerous cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul Glatz (Brewster NY); her son Domenick Aliberti and her parents John and Louise Petriello (Caiazzo). Lauretta fought her cancer to the very end. That sheer determination and drive (along with nothing else) is passed on to her daughter, who will now continue to do what she has had to for her entire life- clean up her mother's mess. Despite any and all differences, Lauretta will be missed by those who really knew her and remembered by those who loved her for more than what she could give them.
