Francis Dowe Clark
Wells, VT – Francis Dowe Clark, age 69, passed away at Albany Medical Center on February 23, 2021.
Francis was born on April 28, 1951 in Rutland, Vermont the son of Dowe and Almira (Jennings) Clark.
He worked as a truck driver throughout his life. He was an avid deer hunter. He enjoyed camping. He loved driving, and got to do it for a living. He liked driving across the country.
Francis was predeceased by his parents. Survivors are his children: Wendy, Bryan and Nicole. He will be missed by his special friend Jennifer Tucker. He is also survived by his brothers Kenny, Andy, Jefferey, and Ronnie Dowe and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Robert M King Funeral Home in Granville, NY
