Jacob William Bishop Obituary

Jacob Bishop

Hebron, NY – Jacob William Bishop has gained his angel wings and peace of mind.

There are just no words that could capture his personality, his heart and the depths of who he was.

A spirit that was untamable, a man who loved deeply, played hard and was the master of mischievousness. His smile and laugh lit up the room. We are all going to miss his heartfelt hugs.

Jacob loved anything with a motor – four wheelers, dirt bikes, snowmobiles and was currently building a mud truck.

Jacob was born June 26, 1998. He was the loving son of William and Lori (Clark) Bishop of North Hebron. Besides his parents Jake leaves behind his big brother Joe and his wife Meg, and their son, his special little buddy Barrett Bishop. His first and last real love Briana Figueroa and their sweet dog Lola. He is also survived by his Gram Mary Bishop, his aunts, uncles Lisa Clark (Kathy), Denise (Hank) Bernier, Rose Bishop, Walt (Maureen) Bishop and his cousins Hank, Joseph, Steven, Zach and Matthew.

Greeting him in heaven are his grandparents Walter Bishop, and Phil and Lana Clark.

Every November Jake would go with "Wicked North" Racing to Twitty's mud bog with the mission to donate collected and purchased toys for the "Toys for Tots" organization which brought him great joy to bring underprivileged children some happiness.

In lieu of flowers in Jake's memory the family suggests donations be made to "Toys for Tots" to TD Bank. Check may be made out to TD Bank, 100 Quaker St., Granville, NY 12832 memo Jake Bishop or Venmo JB626Toysfortots.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023, at 2 PM at North Hebron Cemetery, 1399 County Route 31, North Hebron, NY.

You had a wild side and amazing grace. Give Heaven some Hell.
