Carole Elaine Palmer, 81, of Whitehall, New York, passed away on 28 July 2024 at the Haynes House Of Hope in Granville.

A Funeral service will be held at the Robert M King Funeral Home on Thursday August 1, 2024 at 10AM with Reverend Art Peters of the Anglican Church of the Holy Spirit officiating. Burial will follow at Greenmount Cemetery, Whitehall,NY. Friends may call on Wednesday, July 31, 2024 from 5-7PM at the funeral home, 23 Church Street, Granville.

Carole was born in White Plains, NY to Rupert and Evelyn Rogers on 02/21/1943. She went to high school at White Plains and graduated in 1962. She worked as a Medical Receptionist for Dr. Jay Edison then Glens Falls Hospital for 26 years. She was the definition of her favorite phrase " I tried" and she did much more than try. She was also happily involved in providing Free Lunch Tuesdays at Grace Episcopal Church.

Carole is survived by her children, Stephen of Melrose, Joseph of Whitehall, Pamela of Corinth and Amanda of Granville. She is preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Palmer, parents, Rupert & Evelyn Rogers, daughter, Adrianne Palmer, and siblings, Evelyn Touri & Louise Halpin.
