Peter G. Turner, Jr.

Granville, NY - Peter G. Turner of Granville, passed away at Glens Falls Hospital on July 16, 2024.

He was born on December 4, 1957, the son of the Peter G. and Ella (Somich) Turner, Sr.

Peter was raised primarily in Melrose, NY. He moved to Florida and became very active in real estate, often flipping houses and later moving to South Carolina. He had a lengthy battle with Parkinsons. His eventual move to New York was necessary for health reasons.He was welcomed in the home of Norman and Vicki Bogart.

Five weeks ago he suffered a major fall. As a result his health declined rapidly requiring hospitalization. After four days in Glens Falls Hospital he sucumbed to his vast injuries.

Peter was predeceased by his parents and and an infant sister. He is survived by a special cousin, Barbara Germon as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at the Granville Baptist Church on August 4th, 2024 at 4:PM. All are welcome for a meal which will follow in the Fellowship room of the church.
