Penny Sue Bailey age 65 of Hampton NY sadly left this earth on August 14th, 2024 after a long fierce battle with cancer.

Penny was born on October 31st, 1958 in the small town of Fort Ann NY. Never meeting a stranger, Penny was a friend of many far and near.

Penny is proceeded in death by her brother Edward Bailey.

Survived by husband Charles Coombs-She was also the best mother to 3 children- McKenzie Coombs ,fiancee Dummani Williams, Heather, JamesRussell and Jason, Rachael Clark. She was a Grandmother of 6 and a Great Grandmother of 1(Mykaila Tyler, Devon Clark, Paige Russell, Tyler Russell, Braxton Tyler, McKaio Williams,Indya Williams) . She is also survived by her mother Margaret Bailey and two brothers- David Bailey and Russell Bailey. Many nieces and nephews.

Pennys hobbies included knitting, reading, dancing and most importantly being around the people who she loved so much, her family. There will be no services or calling hours at this time. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
