Anna Andrews, age 86 passed away at Glens Falls Hospital on November 25, 2024 following a short illness.

She was born on August 14, 1938 in Granville, New York the daughter of Ernest and Laura (Johnson) Hurley.

Anna will always be remembered as a kind, caring and compassion friend to many.

She was grateful for the friendship of James Parillo of Schuylerville with whom she shared some of the happiest times of her life. His family meant the world to her as well.

Anna was a very competitive person, whether bowling, golfing, playing pool or cards. She played to win.

She was predeceased by her parents,her husband and father of her children, William Van Guilder, her siblings, Verna Hoyt, Donald Hurley, Florence Crandall and Rita Todd. Anna is survived by her children Debbie Van Guilder of Arkansas and her son William Van Guilder(Sandy) of Queensbury, She was blessed with 9 grandchildren. Her surviving siblings Ray Hurley of Hudson Falls, Gordon Hurley of Granville, Carrie Dunbar of Corinth and Martha Oser of Granville as well as many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at Noon at the Robert M King Funeral Home, 23 Church Street, Granville, NY. Friends may call from 11- 11:45 prior to the funeral service, Burial will follow.
