Neptune City, NJ - Jason C. Little, born December 13th, 1974, in Cambridge, NY, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 49, on November 26, 2024, in Neptune City, NJ. He was raised in Granville, NY, and was a graduate of Granville Jr./Sr. High School. Jason was known for having a quick wit, as well as an infectious smile and laughter.
Throughout his youth and adulthood, Jason was very active and athletic. He enjoyed racing dirt bikes, playing men's league ice hockey, snowboarding, freshwater and deep-sea fishing, and lobstering. An avid sports fan, he enjoyed cheering on his favorite college and professional sports teams, including Syracuse Basketball, a pastime he enjoyed with his late grandmother, Juanita "Grandma Neats" Huntington.
He is most fondly remembered by his family and friends for his big heart and was known by those close to him to always help a friend in need or be good for a laugh.
He was an active member of the Loyal Order of Moose and the Knights of Columbus.
The family is proud to share that Jason was an organ donor, impacting many lives with his final act of kindness.
He is predeceased by his maternal grandparents, James and Juanita (Wells) Huntington, and paternal grandparents, William and Eileen (King) Little. He is survived and will be deeply missed by his fiancée, Sara Fleck and son Henry of Point Pleasant Beach, NJ, his parents, Doug and Cheryl (Huntington) Socha of Granville, NY, his father Charles Little and his wife Vicki (Melick) Little of Hudson Falls, NY, his sister Lindsey (Socha) Brown and brother-in-law Sean Brown of Derry, NH, and his many aunts, uncles, cousins and lifelong friends.
